Schedule:
- Primarily Monday – Friday
- Two weekend days per month
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead our long-term care team. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and supporting clinical operations in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff
- Complete and update resident care plans
- Lead and participate in family care meetings
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes
- Document and manage care using Matrix EMR system
- Participate in clinical on-call rotation every 3rd weekend
- On-call duties are clinical only (no staffing responsibilities)
