Position Overview
We are seeking a PRN Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. This on-site role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while supporting residents’ health, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a senior living setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document vital signs and overall health status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
- Maintain accurate records using electronic health systems
- Respond promptly to changes in resident condition
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
- CPR certification (required)
- Experience in senior care, long-term care, or assisted living preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus
