Physical Therapist

Pay Rate: $52–$55 per hour
Schedule: PRN | Approximately 6–10 hours per week

Sheboygan Senior Community (SSC) has been proudly serving seniors in Sheboygan County for over 60 years. We provide a full continuum of care—including assisted living, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, respite care, and end-of-life services. Our resident-centered philosophy and dedicated therapy team ensure that each individual receives compassionate, high-quality care.
We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapy department. This position offers flexibility, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to make meaningful impacts on the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments to residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support mobility, function, and overall well-being
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other care staff
- Document services in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
- Educate residents and families on therapy goals, progress, and home exercise programs
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a resident-first approach at all times
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
