Franciscan Courts, the retirement home of the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother, is seeking a Full Time Nurse Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in a less regulated environment where we provide exceptional relationship-centered care. The Nurse Manager will uphold the Sister's mission and core values while advocating for care excellence and demonstrating passionate leadership.
As the Nurse Manager, you will:
- provide visionary leadership to the nursing team,
- demonstrate exceptional relationship-centered care for the Sisters,
- implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with nursing best practices and
- foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Requirements:
- dedication to fostering the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of others,
- demonstrate success in a nursing leadership role with a passion for working with the Sisters
- a commitment to relationship-centered care,
- a nursing license to work in Wisconsin
- a BSN/Bachelor's degree,
- a minimum of five years experience in long term care
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
