- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through proactive communication
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Monitor account performance and usage trends to identify upsell opportunities
- Prepare and deliver client reports and business reviews
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure client success
- Assist in onboarding and training new clients
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
