Position Type: Full Time, Exempt, Salary, 40-hour work week

Position Summary:  Supervisor for all Readiness Team Members as well as all functions and supplies related to the Readiness Team, while leveraging who they are and what they have been given for the sake of the gospel by minimizing certain distractions to Worship Services and other events on campus, keeping our campus ready for each event.

Responsibilities:

• Primary advisor to the Campus Operations Director for all Readiness matters.
• ​​​​​​​Assumes operational control of the Campus Operations group in the absence of both the Campus Operations Director and the Campus Maintenance Director.
• Recruits and maintains adequate Readiness Team members and leaders.
• Leads the Readiness Team.
• Trains Readiness Team members.
• Maintains all relevant Readiness records.
• Ensures cleanliness of Shades Campus.
• Negotiates contract cleaning support, ensuring that Shades interests are properly outlined
  in the contract and ensures the cleaning company’s compliance with the contract.
• Ensures required set-ups are completed on schedule and align with requests.
• Coordinates all Readiness operations with the Campus Maintenance Director and Campus Resources Manager.
• Coordinates with various ministry leaders to ensure adequate Readiness support.
• Manages work schedules to complement Shades standing and special events.
• Maintains efficient inventory of Readiness related supplies and equipment.
• Together with the Campus Resources Manager, Ensures that all entrances to the campus are open and closed in accordance with the
  schedule established by the Campus Operations Director.
• Ensures vigilance in Readiness Team Members surveying and reporting Maintenance issues
  in a timely manner.
• Completes related administrative, financial, and logistical duties.
• Completes other related assignments for the benefit of Shades as instructed by the Campus Operations Director or his supervisors.

• Able to regularly move across the entire Shades campus including stairs and tight spaces
• Able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs
