Responsibilities
- Lead performance and process improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve throughput and quality.
- Implement and scale automation projects across global facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain).
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth operations across geographies and time zones through hands-on problem solving.
- The position requires on-site visits to production facilities approximately 25–30% of the time.
Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on factory or manufacturing engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading automation or robotics implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with quality improvement and root cause analysis.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.; based in New Jersey or Philadelphia preferred.
