Sales Representative / Sales Engineer

About the role:
We are seeking a qualified Sales Representative / Sales Engineer to support the expansion of third-party business development. The ideal candidate will possess sales experience combined with an engineering background, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and execute targeted sales strategies.
This role will act as a liaison between sales and technical teams, ensuring customer requirements are accurately understood and addressed throughout the sales cycle.
A Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) Program is offered, providing an adjustment equivalent to 20% of the annual salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tender and proposal strategies
- Conduct headquarters‑level reviews of tender/proposal key components
- Determine tender/proposal disposition and manage clarification processes
- Develop opportunity assessments and engagement plans
- Identify, capture, and qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Plan and execute cross‑sell and up‑sell strategies
- Prioritize opportunities for commercial engagement
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales quotations
- Determine sales quote disposition
- Prepare contract amendments, suspensions, early terminations, and renewals
- Investigate commercial or contractual events and validate findings
- Collect and analyze market and competitive intelligence
- Collect unit‑level business intelligence
