About the Role
SGF Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to support a dynamic marketing team in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on driving performance marketing strategies, optimizing paid social media campaigns, and partnering with creative teams and agencies to improve brand presence and results.
What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Interpret performance data and translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Work independently within scope, showing strong ownership and responsiveness to feedback
- Collaborate with North America go-to-market teams to understand upcoming campaigns and translate them into channel strategies
- Partner with external media agencies to plan, review, and optimize media in alignment with business objective
- Drive briefing, adaptation, translation, and localization of North America creative campaigns into audience-specific and channel-relevant assets
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external creative agencies regarding timelines, creative needs, and delivery requirements
- Serve as liaison to the creative studio, tracking asset development and ensuring delivery of finalized brand and legal approved assets
- Report on performance of creative assets and share feedback and optimization recommendations with the creative team
- Collaborate with Global Brand partners on major campaigns and future creative toolkits
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in paid media with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Experience developing and optimizing direct-response campaigns to improve ROAS and CAC
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights clearly- Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
