Pay Rate: $31.54/hour
Engagement Type: Temporary (3–6 months)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Parts Planner/Buyer to join a dynamic team in the repair operations sector. In this role, you will contribute to forecasting and planning service parts, maintaining accurate materials and parts master data, and analyzing inventory levels, usage, lead-times, and demand.
Responsibilities:
- Forecast and plan service parts via MRP system
- Maintain accurate materials and parts master data
- Analyze inventory levels, usage, lead-times, and demand
- Interface with internal supply planning teams for timely fulfillment
- Communicate parts availability, order status, shipping, and delivery details to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reports in Tableau, SAP, and Excel
- Create purchase orders, stock transfer orders, and track orders
- Monitor service parts inventory against open purchase orders
- Prepare weekly KPI reports
Requirements:
- Purchasing experience
- Planning experience
- Forecasting & inventory control management
- SAP and/or Oracle experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering preferred)
- 2–3 years in materials planning, purchasing, or repair parts expediting
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in repair operations or service parts
- Tableau experience
