Direct Materials MMS Admin (Part-Time)

Are you experienced in inventory operations, shipping and receiving, and ASN management? We're seeking a Direct Materials MMS Admin to support critical supply chain operations for a leading manufacturing organization.
This role will play a key part in managing Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs), supporting vendor communications, assisting warehouse receiving teams, and helping facilitate the transition from MMS to Blue Yonder.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain ASNs within MMS.
- Support vendors during ASN conversion activities.
- Assist receiving operations by ensuring ASN accuracy.
- Troubleshoot shipping and receiving issues.
- Support direct materials inventory management.
- Apply and verify labels to meet operational requirements.
- Assist with the transition from MMS to Blue Yonder.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Experience using MMS and/or Blue Yonder.
- Strong understanding of ASN and EDI processes.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Direct materials inventory experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
