Key Responsibilities
- Support daily office operations to ensure an efficient and productive workplace
- Coordinate facilities management, office supplies, inventory, and safety equipment
- Manage conference room scheduling and workplace logistics for both in-person and hybrid teams
- Organize hospitality and logistics for client and VIP visits
- Submit and track IT support tickets to help maintain operational continuity
- Administer timekeeping systems and ensure accurate timecard processing
- Assist with resource coordination and workload tracking across projects
- Create and manage project requisitions while monitoring spending and budget-related activities
- Provide general administrative support to internal teams and leadership
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or office management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working with timekeeping systems, scheduling tools, and IT ticketing platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business applications
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting business operations or corporate environments
- Exposure to budgeting, expense tracking, or procurement processes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
