What You’ll Do
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic prospecting and lead generation
- Build and expand international B2B relationships
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and expansion strategies
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Manage and grow key accounts with a consultative approach
- Develop partnerships that support long-term growth
- Track and optimize sales performance and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine solutions and go-to-market strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years of experience in digital sales or business development
- Proven experience in B2B sales and key account prospecting
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Fluent in English
- Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
