Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Employment Type: W2 Contract (12-month duration)
Schedule: 40 hours/week, A-Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM), Monday–Friday
Work Type: 100% Onsite
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will operate machinery, ensure product quality, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machines and process products to meet quality requirements
- Understand and follow safety rules and practices
- Review and follow written instructions and safety procedures
- Assist team members in maintaining operational procedures according to company standards
- Monitor and inspect equipment, materials, or products
- Identify and resolve problems in processes or equipment
- Train and qualify on all HMIs
- Communicate effectively with your team to solve problems
- Review, interpret, or enter data on paper and computers
- Use or clean machines, equipment, or tools
- Complete tasks requiring manual work and physical effort
- Work in non-climate-controlled conditions where necessary
Requirements
- OSHA Respirator Exam completion & medically cleared.
- Mobile Equipment Operator Exam completion & medically cleared.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available to work any shift, including mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays
- 2–5 years of experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or machine operator experience
- Relevant military experience
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
