Position Overview

As a Landscape Crew Leader, Enhancements, you'll oversee daily operations of landscape enhancement and installation projects. You'll lead a crew, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain a safe and productive job site. This role requires hands-on experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities Of a Landscape Crew Leader, Enhancements

• Supervise and lead a crew in completing landscape enhancement and installation tasks
• Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and material lists
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Promote safety and enforce company policies
• Train and mentor crew members to support growth and performance
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Landscape Crew Leader, Enhancements team
  
  

Experience & Qualifications for Landscape Crew Leader, Enhancements

• 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
• Previous leadership experience as a Landscape Crew Leader, Enhancements preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous tasks
