Pay: $1,400 for 40 hours and $1,260 for 36 hours

Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and report changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Provide support and education to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Active NY LPN license.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.
