Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments following physician orders and established protocols.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and supplies.
- Observe, record, and report patient responses and vital signs throughout treatment.
- Administer prescribed medications and assist with access site care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Promote patient education regarding dialysis care and healthy lifestyle habits.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Active NY LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in LPN Dialysis.
