- Facility Managers
- Prospect and build referral relationships in your territory
- Schedule meetings, site walks, Lunch & Learns, and vendor setups
- Present SERVPRO capabilities (water/fire/mold/biohazard reconstruction)
- Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in a CRM
- Coordinate internally for strong handoffs and customer experience
Required
- 2 years B2B/outside sales, account management, or relationship development
- Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and asking for referrals
- Self-managed: you plan your week and execute without daily supervision
- Strong communication and follow-up discipline
- Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, facilities, property management, or trades
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Base pay performance incentives
- Structured onboarding ride-alongs
