POSITION OVERVIEW
Hunt, close, and grow profitable sales within your assigned territory. You will consistently pursue new accounts, expand existing relationships, and deliver best-in-class service to drive revenue and gross profit.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $30,000 base commission
- Commission: Percentage of gross profit
- Unlimited earnings potential
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively target and acquire new accounts consistently through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
- Drive sales growth in existing accounts by recommending solutions, performing inspections, and providing proactive service.
- Maintain accurate and timely administrative records including sales reports, invoicing within 48 hours, and customer/fleet profiles.
- Track performance and uncover growth opportunities through data such as BASys, NRT, performance tracking, and other systems.
- Partner with store and service teams to ensure efficient operations, expert installation, and compliance with safety standards.
SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES
- Consistently grow sales and service revenue within your territory.
- Achieve monthly and annual gross profit targets.
- Acquire and close new accounts while strengthening existing customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
