We’re looking for a Restoration Project Manager who can run jobs with confidence and bring in new business without acting like a pushy used-car salesperson.

What You’ll Be Doing Project Management (Core Responsibilities)
- Lead restoration projects from initial call to completion
- Scope losses accurately and fast
- Manage crews, subs, timelines, and customer expectations
- Ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and actually readable
- Maintain budget, margins, and job profitability
- Communicate with adjusters like a pro—not a pushover
Sales & Relationship Building (The Part Most PMs Avoid, But You Won’t)
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, property managers, commercial clients, and community partners
- Identify and close new opportunities on every job site
- Show customers why they’re better off sticking with Team Ray
- Represent SERVPRO confidently in the field—you're wearing the logo, so you own it
- Keep a pipeline of repeat and referral business steady

Requirements
- Solid restoration experience (water/fire/mold/reconstruction)
- Proven ability to sell, upsell, or close—formal “sales experience” not required, just results
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be in the field daily
- Tech-savvy enough to handle documentation systems (we’ll train on SERVPRO apps)

Pay: $53,512.59 - $74,445.27 per year
