SERVPRO Team Ray is hunting for a marketer who’s ready to jump in, figure things out, and laugh at the chaos with us. You’ll learn the SERVPRO way, get thrown into real work that matters, and—unlike your friends in boring marketing jobs—actually see the impact of what you do.
You’ll build relationships, grow our brand, and occasionally explain to someone why water damage is in fact an emergency (you’d be shocked how many people debate this).
What You’ll Actually Do (No Corporate Fluff)
- Promote SERVPRO Team Ray in our area through real, boots-on-the-ground relationship building
- Visit clients, agents, properties, events, and community partners—yes, you’ll actually leave the office
- Create and deliver engaging marketing materials without using Comic Sans (non-negotiable)
- Help coordinate campaigns, events, and customer touch points
- Track your outreach like an adult (we’ll teach you our system)
- Jump in and help the team when emergencies hit—because this industry moves
- Work with leadership to learn SERVPRO brand standards and why we’re obsessed with green

What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of marketing experience who has at minimum a 2 year or 4 year degree.
- Someone who can talk to humans (actual humans)
- Self-starter who doesn’t need their hand held every five minutes
- Organized enough to not lose their own notes and is competent to enter their notes daily into our CRM.
- Comfortable traveling up to 20% of the time
- Able to adapt quickly in “stuff just hit the fan” situations
- A personality—if you’re boring, this will not be fun for either of us
