Sanford School Nutrition is seeking a Kitchen Personnel for Carl J. Lamb Elementary School. This position is 5 days per week, 6.5 hours per day, hours are 7:00am-2:00pm. - Operate all kitchen machinery and equipment proficiently
- Support meal service periods
- Sanitize kitchen and dining areas, including cookware
- Record daily activities and assist with monthly inventory
- Manage workflow to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Maintain ethical standards and student privacy
- Execute additional tasks as assigned
- Maintain the stamina to stand for long periods and the strength to lift 40-pounds
- Interpret and adjust recipes accurately to produce consistent culinary results
- Demonstrate exceptional dependability through a consistent record of punctual attendance
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of USDA dietary guidelines and menu requirements
- Exhibit a clear understanding of sanitation protocols and food safety regulations
