MSAD 6 is currently seeking Bus Monitors.

Must have a valid CHRC (Criminal History Records Check) through the Maine Department of Education.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems
involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Maintain a daily schedule determined by bus times or as defined by immediate supervisor.
- Assist bus driver with assuring student safety.
- Attend to a student's physical needs while student is being transported, as prescribed by the student's I.E.P.
- Be assigned additional duties as they arise to assure student safety.
- Be asked to accompany students on additional trips when requested.
