Outside Sales Representative

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strategies to boost our company's reputation and secure future business through a relationship-based approach. You will work closely with existing and prospective customers, actively researching, targeting, and closing deals to drive growth and success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of outside sales experience, B2B/B2C
• Restoration, construction/home improvement, multi-family, or insurance industry experience preferred
• Hunter mentality and exceptional customer service skills
• Basic CRM/Microsoft Office Suite experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct sales focus with an integrity selling model
• Actively research, target, contact, and close potential customers
• Manage established customers and expand relationships
• Utilize CRM for customer engagement
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness
• Build strategic relationships with key industry players and vendors
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints

• Up-to-date with the latest trends in commercial restoration industry

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit/stand for long periods
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 40lbs

Working Conditions:

• Combination of in-office work, driving to visit clients, and job sites
• May require working in inclement weather conditions

Pay: $55000.00 - $65000.00 / year
