Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician with a background in restoration or construction. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping customers through emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform emergency water damage cleanup
- Work on both residential and commercial job sites
- Move and handle furniture with care
- Provide emergency board-up and roof tarping services
- Complete demolition tasks as needed
- Set up and monitor drying and restoration equipment
- Document jobs accurately and communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Remain on-call for emergency response one week each month (24/7 availability during that week)
Requirements:
- Physical stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Remain on-call for emergency response one week each month (24/7 availability during that week)
- Work overtime based on company needs
