What You'll Do

• Respond to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation services
• Extract standing water and remove damaged materials
• Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment
• Install containment systems and maintain safe work areas
• Perform demolition of affected drywall, flooring, insulation, and cabinetry when required
• Take moisture readings and document drying progress
• Photograph, document, and track jobs using mobile software
• Load, maintain, and organize company vehicles and equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, insurance professionals, and property managers
• Follow company safety standards and industry best practices

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time position
• Rotating on-call schedule required
• Occasional after-hours, weekend, and emergency response work may be required

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds regularly and perform physically demanding work throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying job site conditions
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as driving company vehicles is an essential function of this position
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Water mitigation or restoration experience
• Construction, demolition, roofing, remodeling, or related trades experience
• IICRC WRT, ASD, or AMRT certifications
• Experience using moisture meters and drying equipment
• Experience working directly with customers in service-based industries
