What You’ll Do:
As a Business Development Manager you’ll be the face of ServiceMaster CDR—connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow our brand presence. You’ll build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and help make sure that when disaster hits, people know exactly who to call: YOU and ServiceMaster CDR.

- Someone with a background in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus if you’ve worked in restoration or insurance!)

- Comfortable speaking to groups and representing a professional brand
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be on the move!)
You’ll Be:
- Visiting insurance agencies, property management offices, and other referral sources
- Attending local networking events and trade shows
- Hosting fun and informative presentations and drop-ins
- Tracking your outreach and success using CRM tools
- Working closely with our sales and service teams to create a seamless customer journey
