POSITION – Painters / Drywall Installers
JOB LOCATION – Plymouth, WI office based but working in the Chilton area
STARTING DATE – ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, some Saturdays required
STARTING PAY – $18 – $30/hr (based on experience)
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum 1 year in painting or drywall experience
Are you an experienced painter or drywall professional with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship? We are seeking reliable, motivated candidates in the Chilton area to join a growing team based out of Plymouth, WI. You'll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects where your skills make a real impact. Multiple openings, many positions open!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Painting Duties:
- Interior and exterior painting using sprayer, brush, roller, and ladders
- Staining and clear-coating woodwork
- Drywall patching, plaster repair, and surface preparation
- Ensuring a high-quality finish on all assigned projects
Drywall Installation Duties:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications
- Measuring, marking, and cutting drywall panels to fit project areas
- Installing drywall onto framing accurately and safely
- Taping, mudding, and sealing seams for smooth wall finishes
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional painting, drywall installation, or construction experience
- Must be comfortable with sprayers, brushes, rollers, ladders, and drywall tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Sheboygan, Calumet, and Manitowoc Counties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
