POSITION – CNC Lathe Operator
JOB LOCATION – Kenosha, WI 53144
STARTING DATE – Starting date would be dependent on interviewing. Interviews for qualified candidates are typically set up within a week.
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –
- Monday – Thursday: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
STARTING PAY – $22-$25/hr
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of recent CNC experience
- Ability to read and understand G & M code programs
- Experience making tooling offset adjustments
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathes to produce precision metal components
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, and dial bore gauges
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience (lathe preferred)
- Strong ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height stands, dial bores, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
