We provide real-time payroll infrastructure and workforce retention solutions for mid-market home service companies. Our platform processes complex commission structures, automates payroll calculations, and delivers actionable workforce insights that directly impact business outcomes.


The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll leverage our platform to drive customer outcomes and business growth. This is a high-impact role combining analytical rigor with customer advocacy.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quantitative analysis of customer usage patterns and business metrics
  • Build comprehensive dashboards and ROI models for enterprise clients
  • Optimize complex payroll and commission structures through data-driven insights
  • Perform cohort analyses and predictive modeling to identify expansion opportunities
  • Develop data-backed customer success playbooks and segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature prioritization based on usage analytics


Ideal Candidate Profile


Education & Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data interpretation
  • 0-3 years of professional experience (internships and academic projects count)


Technical Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with complex modeling experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) preferred
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, expansion revenue)


Core Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data insights to executive audiences
  • Self-directed learning mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
