The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll leverage our platform to drive customer outcomes and business growth. This is a high-impact role combining analytical rigor with customer advocacy.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative analysis of customer usage patterns and business metrics
- Build comprehensive dashboards and ROI models for enterprise clients
- Optimize complex payroll and commission structures through data-driven insights
- Perform cohort analyses and predictive modeling to identify expansion opportunities
- Develop data-backed customer success playbooks and segmentation strategies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature prioritization based on usage analytics
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data interpretation
- 0-3 years of professional experience (internships and academic projects count)
Technical Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with complex modeling experience
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) preferred
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, expansion revenue)
