Business Development— Channel & Partnerships
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead channel and strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. This role will focus on identifying, securing, and scaling relationships with software providers, service networks, and technology partners in the home services industry.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in home services or field sales management, understands the operational challenges of service businesses, and has a proven track record of building high-impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and manage channel and technology partnerships that expand Sequifi’s reach in home services.
- Develop co-marketing and co-selling strategies with partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Establish Sequifi as a trusted technology provider within home service networks and industry associations.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive revenue through partnerships.
- Execute and refine a partnership strategy that supports long-term company growth.
Who You Are
- 2 years of experience in home services, field sales management, or B2B partnerships (experience with contractors, franchises, or field service technology is a plus).
- Proven success in business development, partnership management, or sales growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of creating and closing opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, able to create high-value partnerships.
