Join SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICING LLC as an Occupational Therapist Assistant PRN in Tampa Bay and Plant City, FL, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct therapeutic activities to improve clients' daily living skills.
• Monitor and document client progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
• Educate clients and families about therapeutic techniques and equipment use.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with health regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client care and progress.
• Adapt therapy activities to meet the needs and abilities of each client.
• Provide compassionate support and encouragement to clients during therapy sessions.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Florida.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.
