Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate clients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Provide compassionate support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy journey.
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Florida.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
