Key Responsibilities
- Evaluation & Planning: Collaborate in assessing residents and crafting individualized treatment plans.
- Promoting Independence: Empower residents to master daily tasks and regain independence.
- Resident Support: Monitor and guide residents in completing prescribed therapeutic activities.
- Rehabilitation Assistance: Help residents recover from injury, illness, or other health challenges to achieve their highest potential.
- Confidentiality: Ensure all resident information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with interdisciplinary teams to drive exceptional care outcomes.
- Florida State COTA License: A current Florida COTA license is required.
