What You’ll Do
As Our Dining Room Manager, You Will
- Lead Legendary Hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming and professional dining experience for residents and guests.
- Lead and develop the dining room team, including training, coaching, scheduling and ensuring strong coverage.
- Set clear expectations for exceptional service, professionalism and teamwork.
- Oversee dining room preparation, meal service and cleanliness to ensure every service is ready and polished.
- Build relationships with residents, listen to feedback and take ownership of their dining experience.
- Partner with the Food & Beverage Director and other departments on special events, prospect lunches and community experiences.
- Step in and support the team wherever needed to ensure service never misses a beat.

- Have experience leading a restaurant, dining room, hospitality or food service team.
- Know how to motivate people while holding high standards.
- Are organized and confident managing schedules, coverage and multiple priorities.
