Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role based in Bartlesville, OK, for a Floor Manager Trainee. The Floor Manager Trainee will assist in daily store operations, including ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, training team members, and assisting in meeting sales goals and operational objectives. Additional duties include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting store policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Operations Management to assist in overseeing daily store activities
- Experience or ability in Training and supporting team members
- Leadership potential with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
