What You'll Do
- Safely transport residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, community outings, and special events.
- Deliver Legendary Hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging experience for every resident and guest.
- Assist residents as they enter and exit the vehicle with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
- Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and help keep community vehicles clean and well maintained.
- Partner with the Maintenance team during slower periods by assisting with general maintenance and community projects.
- Be a positive ambassador for Senior Star and help create a Top in Class experience for residents and families every day.
- A safe driving record.
- DOT certification (or the ability to obtain).
- No CDL required
- A friendly, dependable, and service-minded attitude.
- Someone who enjoys working with older adults and building meaningful relationships.
- A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the community.
