Position Summary
Senior Care Solutions is looking for a HR & Credentialing Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, and credentialing for our clinical team. This role helps ensure new hires are brought on quickly and remain compliant with all requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates (RN, PT, OT, ST, HHA/CNA)
- Post jobs and coordinate interviews
- Manage onboarding and ensure all documents are completed in Paycom
- Coordinate orientation and training schedules
- Complete credentialing and verify:
- Licenses and certifications
- Background screenings (AHCA Level 2)
- OIG checks, TB testing, and required trainings
- Track expirations and follow up on renewals
- Maintain organized, audit-ready employee files
- Support compliance with Medicare, AHCA/CHAP, and accreditation standards

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, credentialing, or healthcare recruitment
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Experience with Paycom a plus
