At Senior Care Partners PACE, we’re looking for a Facilities & Administrative Assistant to help ensure our centers are always safe, functional, and welcoming—for both participants and staff.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, values teamwork, and thrives in a mission-focused environment. You'll play a key part in everything from equipment checks and vendor coordination to organizing events and supporting the care team with day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
Support building and equipment upkeep by following detailed SOPs for safety and maintenance.
Perform daily visual audits to proactively catch safety or functionality issues.
Track and manage building access cards, keys, and inventory for supplies and PPE.
Partner with vendors, property managers, and cleaning staff to keep the center running smoothly.
Handle minor hands-on tasks like replacing light bulbs, patching walls, or setting up equipment.
Maintain compliance documentation, perform safety checks, and assist with inspections.
Support administrative functions including event logistics, communication with staff, and order management.
Collaborate with HR and IT on onboarding/offboarding equipment and keys for staff and students.
Help plan and organize events, from staff meetings to community presentations.
Who You Are:
You’ve got a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred).
You bring 2 years of experience in administrative support, with at least 6 months in process improvement or facility-related tasks.
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with basic tools and hands-on facility upkeep.
You’re known for great communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.
You’re tech-savvy and efficient with documentation and inventory tracking.
You’re flexible, proactive, and can juggle priorities in a busy environment.
You value teamwork and take pride in making your workplace better each day.
