We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Campaign Analyst with expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and omnichannel campaign execution to support a high-impact personalization program.
In this role, you will translate customer behavior and business requirements into data-driven marketing campaigns and Next Best Action (NBA/NBI) strategies. You will help deliver personalized, real-time customer experiences across digital and outbound channels, leveraging decisioning frameworks, audience targeting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch omnichannel marketing campaigns in Pega CDH, including targeting, eligibility rules, treatments, and engagement policies
- Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable audience segmentation and personalization strategies
- Execute and optimize Next Best Action/Interaction (NBA/NBI) campaigns across inbound and outbound channels
- Define and manage audience selection, suppression rules, prioritization, and contact policies
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Analytics, Technology) to deliver campaigns on schedule
- Perform QA validation, simulations, and campaign readiness checks prior to launch
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot data, logic, or delivery issues
- Analyze campaign effectiveness using SQL and reporting tools, and recommend optimization strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining clear documentation and communication
- Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or similar campaign management/decisioning platforms
- Strong background in marketing campaign execution, audience segmentation, and personalization
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to validate campaign performance and insights
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (user stories, QA, release cycles)
- Ability to translate business needs into campaign logic, targeting rules, and decisioning frameworks
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or related certification
- Experience with AI-driven marketing, predictive modeling, or customer segmentation
- Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Exposure to financial services or digital customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of Next Best Action (NBA) strategies and real-time decisioning
