Position Description
Join a dynamic financial team supporting Booz Allen’s People Services enterprise organization as an EO Finance Business Partner. In this role, you will oversee financial monitoring, reporting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making and fiscal health. You will work closely with senior and executive leaders to develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance tracking. As a trusted advisor, you will identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize costs. You will champion process improvements, automation, and best practices in financial operations, ensuring efficient and accurate financial oversight. This is a full-time contract-to-hire position requiring on-site presence in McLean, VA. Due to the nature of work within the facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Top Requirements
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Proficiency with Excel, including advanced formulas for financial reporting and modeling
- Experience presenting financial results to senior and executive management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Knowledge of enterprise planning and reporting tools such as Hyperion, Workday, and Essbase (preferred)
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
