We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with capabilities to support enterprise?level initiatives in a fast?paced IT environment. This role is ideal for candidates who excel at partnering with business stakeholders to define clear requirements—and who can also translate those requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and system?level documentation for technical teams.
The ideal candidate brings exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience supporting full SDLC activities including requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, and operational handoff. Candidates with experience in HR/Talent Acquisition systems or Revenue Cycle operations are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a collaborative, high?visibility role that requires balancing multiple priorities, engaging diverse stakeholders, and ensuring requirements are delivered with clarity, accuracy, and technical depth.

Required Skills/Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands?on experience in business requirements development
- Proven experience creating business requirements, functional requirements, test scripts, and test plans
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Visio, and Word
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Experience supporting UAT, operational readiness, and end?to?end requirements lifecycle
- Ability to translate business needs into system-level artifacts, process flows, and functional specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
- Background in HR/Talent Acquisition systems or Revenue Cycle operations
- Experience working closely with technical teams, architects, or developers
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, workflow tools, or data-driven applications
