Job Description
Develop data visualization KPI’s for business enhancement operations across sales, finance, and marketing departments. Perform validation of DWH Tables in TA Data Lake- AWS Postgres and HadoopCluster. Operate and maintain Glance TV to track payment count, (confirmed, approved) visits, and other business metrics to track Sonic Order Ahead business. Build periodical Tableau Dashboard which provides insights about monthly and quarterly revenue. Assist Marketing team in constructing ETL workflows and Customer loyalty models. Create Python automation scripts to validate DWH definitions. Develop data flows in Airflow DAG for dimensions data, dashboard reporting, and data science research. Monitor and test Airflow DAGs in Dev/Test/Model Environment during the process ofloading DWH Tables to DATA LAKE. Implement best suitable practices for data (movement, quality, cleansing), and other ETL activities. Discuss resolution process and responsible for defect turnaround within SLA. Work with third party vendor development, project management teams and test data moved from Legacy Systems. Coordinate with Oracle Corporation core support team on various issues, provided bug logs and custom code details. Execute CRP’s/FAT and UAT by business users. Log, view, access, follow up and close Service Requests (SRs) online. Required tools and technologies: Oracle EBS, Infor, UltiPro, Informatica, Pentaho, SSIS, PowerBI, SSRS, AWS, SQL, Athena, Spark, Braze, Hive, Snowflake, Teradata, XML Eclipse, Putty, Oracle (OAF, SOA).
Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Information Technology and Management or Equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
