Identity & Access Management (IAM) Support Specialist – Saviynt
Location: Virginia (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)
Pay Rate: $60/hr W2
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Support Specialist with strong Saviynt expertise to support enterprise identity governance operations. This role is responsible for managing production support activities, resolving incident tickets, fulfilling service requests, supporting change and release management, and performing security vulnerability remediation related to Saviynt configurations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening identity governance, improving access controls, and ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) environments
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Saviynt
- Strong knowledge of user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning/deprovisioning, and access certification
- Experience with incident management, service request fulfillment, change management, and release management
- Strong understanding of security vulnerability remediation and IAM security best practices
- Experience troubleshooting access issues and resolving production support incidents
- Familiarity with identity governance policies, compliance, and audit requirements
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for the Saviynt platform
- Resolve incident tickets and fulfill Service Catalog requests within SLA
- Support release deployments and change management activities
- Perform Saviynt configuration updates to remediate security vulnerabilities
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications
- Investigate and resolve access-related issues across integrated applications
- Monitor platform health and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure identity governance
- Support audit, compliance, and access review activities
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and operational procedures
