Top Requirements
- Valid New Mexico Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- 2-5 years of utility line locating experience in water or wastewater systems
- Deep knowledge of underground water utility infrastructure and systems
- Experience reading and interpreting plans, diagrams, and as-builts
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in utility maintenance and repair
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work on-call and respond promptly to call-ins
- Digital literacy with maintenance management and communication tools
- Valid driver’s license for New Mexico
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with industry-specific software and equipment
- Ability to train and support junior team members
