Top Requirements
- 10 years of software architecture development and implementation experience
- 5 years of experience working within DoD, Navy, or aviation environments
- Proficiency with object-oriented programming languages (C , Java, C#), SysML or UML, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, migration, and modernization strategies
- Experience leading or supporting RFPs in an IAC MAC environment
- Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and lead technical solutioning efforts
- Secret security clearance and Bachelor's degree in CS or Software Engineering
- Willingness to obtain Security , CISSP, or ISSAP certification within 3 months of hire
- Programming experience with Rust, Go, or Python
- Experience in Digital Engineering (DE) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Background in ISR systems and defense whitepapers development
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
