Top Requirements
- Extensive experience in heavy manufacturing maintenance
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics and working with controls and PLCs
- Mechanical maintenance proficiency, including hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters
- Knowledge of rigging and basic AutoCAD skills
- Ability to work extended hours and lift up to 40 lbs
- Demonstrated team orientation, excellent attendance, and availability for overtime
