Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Project Manager to lead enterprise HR and Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) initiatives across multiple technical and business workstreams. This role is ideal for a results-driven project management professional with strong experience managing HR systems, cross-functional stakeholders, and enterprise project delivery.
The HR Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution including requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, implementation, and status reporting. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in HR operations, HR technology, Learning & Development programs, or enterprise HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle project management for HR and Learning & Talent Development initiatives
- Manage project intake, scope definition, planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-launch support
- Partner with HR leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to align project goals and deliverables
- Coordinate technical dependencies, system integrations, process improvements, and enterprise change initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and project governance activities
- Identify project risks, issues, and blockers proactively while driving mitigation and resolution strategies
- Support portfolio governance, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise PMO standards and methodologies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies to support successful delivery
Required Skills/Education:
- 5 years of Project Management experience supporting HR, Human Capital, or Learning & Development initiatives
- Strong experience managing cross-functional enterprise projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working with HR systems, HR operations, Talent Development, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or HR transformation programs
- Proven ability to manage project schedules, stakeholder communications, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting enterprise-level technical or systems-related initiatives
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- PMP certification preferred
- HR industry experience or background in Human Resources strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field preferred
