Position Title: Application Support Technician (Brooklyn Day Shift)
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Shift Timings:
- Thursday, 06:30-14:30
- Friday, 06:30-14:30
- Saturday, 06:30-18:30
- Sunday, 06:30-18:30
Position Description:
Our client is seeking to fill an Application Support Technician slot to work on-site in the New York City .
This position is to assist in providing 24/7 application support to the 911 operators. Candidate will be working at the customer site directly with the communications center staff.
candidates will be expected to perform the following roles in support of the environment:
- Must be willing to work a shift pattern totaling 40 hours per week with occasional shift changes and overtime opportunities.
- Normal shift pattern covers Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat night
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience of supporting IT system end users face-to-face.
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal.
- Must be able to pass and maintain favorable background check.
Desired Experience
- Public Safety solution related software.
- Call center end user IT support.
