Position Title: Equipment Finance Document Specialist
Location: 2475 Northwinds Pkwy Suite 330, Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office) / (Monday, Friday remote)
Position Status: 6-month contract to hire

This role is responsible for preparing, processing, and managing equipment loan and lease documentation from origination through funding and post-closing activities. This individual will work closely with internal teams, vendors, attorneys, and external customers to ensure timely and compliant completion of equipment finance transactions.

This individual will work closely with internal teams, vendors, attorneys, and external customers to ensure timely and compliant completion of equipment finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process equipment loan and lease documentation using Aspire
- Manage transactions from documentation request through booking and funding
- Handle 4 5 deals per week, with increased volume during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles
- Coordinate with Regional Directors, Credit teams, Loan Services, vendors, attorneys, and customers throughout the closing process
- Prepare and review loan/lease documentation to ensure compliance with credit approvals, bank policies, and legal requirements
- Perform post-closing activities including follow-ups, exception clearing, and maintaining loan files
- Handle UCC filings, lien perfection, title work, and collateral documentation
- Complete KYC/CIP/CBO processes for new customers and transactions
- Process funding-related activities including wires, draws, payments, advances, and payoffs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Adhere to all applicable banking laws, regulations, and compliance standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Equipment Finance experience within a financial institution
- Strong end-to-end closing experience including documentation, funding, and booking
- Experience with loan/lease documentation, collateral perfection, lien filings, and UCCs
- Knowledge of banking regulations including KYC, CIP, CBO, and compliance procedures
- Strong client-facing communication skills with experience interacting with executives, attorneys, vendors, and customers
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Aspire loan/lease accounting software strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SuperTrump and TValue
- Banking, equipment leasing, or equipment finance background preferred
Technical Skills:
- Aspire (strongly preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Comfortable learning internal systems and workflows
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Heavy workload during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end funding cycles
- Extensive training provided including 1:1 training and job aids
Salary : $30 - $40
